We encourage you to help us make Bedford Park an even cleaner and greener school environment by encouraging your child to bring their lunch in safe plastic containers, reusable juice and water bottles, thermoses and thermal lunch bags. Please Remember: We are trying to promote leadership in our students and responsibility for the changes that we can make to our planet.
At times, you may find it necessary to drop off a lunch. If so, please:
- Keep lunch drop-offs to a minimum (special occasions, emergency)
- Deliver lunch to the office by 11:25 am
- Write your child’s name on the lunch bag
Food Policy at Bedford Park
Students eat lunch in their classrooms beginning at 11:35 am supervised by duty teachers (until 11:45 am) as well as lunchroom supervisors for the entire lunch period. A bell rings at 11:50 am at which point students head outside.
