This year we want to do something different at Bedford Park. With your support, our students will engage in the meaningful and memorable experience of building Holiday Gift Kits for individuals and families in need.
Working with our partner, Kits for a Cause (kitsforacause.com), EVERY Bedford student will have the opportunity to pack a Gift Kit and include a hand-written note. Each kit that is created will have a life changing impact on a person being served by our chosen charities. This year, Bedford will be supporting Eva’s Initiatives (evas.ca) and the Red Door Family Shelter (reddoorshelter.ca).
The cost for each kit is $25 (with a retail value of $90!). Keep your eyes open for a message from School Cash Online early next week with instructions on how to make your donation. We hope that every student at Bedford will contribute to the best of their ability and that our entire school community will support this worthwhile project. Our students will be packing the kits in early December.
